Requirements include being doctrinally sound(Acceptance of the Bible as God's word, teaching how we are to have an eternal relationship with him), a heart for the lost, and visitation of church members. Developing evangelistic outreach programs for members and helping them to grow in line with Ephesians 4:12 - 13.
Job requirements - Degree in Bible from a Restoration Movement College preferred, with 2+ years of experience as a pulpit minister.
Current attendance is in the 25+-range.
