Margate Christian Church is prayerfully seeking a full-time Senior Minister who senses God’s call to lead a congregation into its next season of ministry. We are looking for a Christ-centered leader who will faithfully preach the Word, shepherd the church with wisdom and compassion, and help guide our congregation forward with vision and purpose.
Margate Christian Church is blessed with well-maintained, debt-free facilities and a strong financial foundation, allowing our minister to focus on ministry without financial strain. Our church family is warm, welcoming, and eager to grow in faith and impact.
The Senior Minister will serve as the primary spiritual leader of the church, providing biblical preaching and teaching, casting vision for future growth, and equipping believers to live out their faith in meaningful ways.
· Primary Responsibilities Include:
· Proclaiming and teaching God’s Word with clarity, conviction, and grace
· Providing spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the congregation
· Casting vision and leading the church into its next phase of ministry and outreach
· Equipping and encouraging staff, elders, and ministry leaders
· Leading and supporting ministries that foster spiritual growth, discipleship, and community engagement Representing the church in the local community and building meaningful relationships beyond the church walls
