First Christian Church in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a Part-Time Minister with social media skills to provide a social media presence, starting with Facebook. The goal is to reach age 60+ folks who are no longer going to church, are disenfranchised with the mega churches in Bradenton, or are non-believers. Currently, our seasonal attendance is 70+ per week, and summer attendance is 45+ per week. The position is approximately 20 hours/week, depending on activities scheduled for the week
We are praying for a Minister with social media skills, home and assisted living visitations, outreach to mobile home parks, and backup for our current Lead Minister in both preaching and Bible Study. It will be a part-time position as a 1099 contractor with an annual salary in the budget of $40,000.
