Job Description

He must have a strong work ethic and be passionate about serving, preaching, and teaching God's word. He will be a man who desires to see church growth both spiritually and physically. He will have the ability to work with others, lead by example, and encourage fellowship with the church. - Believe and preach/teach the divinity of God The Father, Jesus The Son; The Holy Spirit (received as a gift from God at baptism Acts 2:38)
- Candidate must be personable and humble, a man who can relate to the issues of life of our people: caring and compassionate while remaining in sound Bible doctrine. Education in counseling would be considered a plus.
- A man who studies the Bible, not only for sermons and lessons, but a man who seriously works to develop his own personal relationship with the Lord Jesus.
- Will have a degree from one of our Restoration Movement Bible Colleges.
- Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Regular preaching of expository, textual, and (some) topical sermons on Sunday mornings and evenings
- Work alongside elders to advance spiritual maturity and cooperation in the congregation
- Be involved in evangelistic calling in the community
- As schedule allows: the candidate will assist in the development of a strong youth program; visit those in hospitals and long-term health care facilities.
- Officiate at funerals and weddings, and work to become a welcome face in the community.
- Salary commensurate with education and experience. This position is open to full-time and bi-vocational opportunities as well.
- Salary will also include housing allowance and other ministry expenses
